The Purpose Review Workshop reviews and brings alignment around organisational and team purpose. The workshop will use a 3 point purpose model that helps identify common areas across organisational, team and individual purpose. Together, we will explore the organisational and team purpose and identify where each individual sees their contribution and alignment with these purposes.
The Positive Leadership Workshop delves deeply into individual and team styles, strengths and insecurities. Gain a better sense of individual styles and the way they interact to provide feedback on strengths and counterproductive tendencies. It provides each participant with a highly personalised narrative report on the implications of their styles for task accomplishment and teamwork, as well as suggestions for improving communication and project leadership.
Working closely with Anil Gaba, Chaired Professor of Risk Management and Decision Sciences at INSEAD, to explore and build confidence around executive team judgement and decision making. This is done by creating more awareness around how decisions are made, the role of assumptions in the models and processes that we use and the systemic biases that we’re often not aware of.
