We will use the Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory Model to look at your styles, strengths and insecurities. We’ll look at what you think they are, how they show up for others and evaluate opportunities for you to recalibrate.
We will look at the programming you have picked up from others and figure out what is yours and what you might want to leave behind as you forge a path forward that isn’t defined by anyone other than you. This will help to build confidence in what is really you.
We will focus on identifying your core values and unique signature. We’ll focus in on how you may have overlooked what seems like the most obvious values and invite you to reconsider them as we dig deeper.

My approach to Executive Coaching is focused on helping you (individuals and/or teams) find the clarity and perspective you need to turn what you do into something that is more connected with who we are and what you want. When you are clearer about your unique signature and what you want from your career, you can start to find ways to overcome everyday challenges, feelings of depletion or imbalance and bring genuine energy into every aspect of your life.
My focus with Executive Coaching is to create a greater sense of connection and feeling of success at work and in your career but work and personal lives are often very connected so we may also touch on the interface and interaction between the two.
