What is Connective Coaching?

I have drawn from my 25-year progressive strategic and commercial experience to C-level roles and different coaching training programmes to bring together the best of what I've learned to create a signature coaching approach.  I call it Connective Executive Coaching.


Connective Coaching helps people connect with and get more out of their professional lives.  This means feeling more connected to who they are and what they do, to their teams and to the strategy and mission of their organisations in a meaningful way that breeds confidence, sharpens focus and inspires expansiveness.  I believe that enabling positive leadership is more than a performative act, it is more than adding gloss or ticking boxes.  I believe that in doing deep, meaningful work and making proactive choices about what we do and how we do it, we can be more connected and feel more successful about our professional lives.


How does it work?

When we work together, here are the different areas we’ll be working in.

  • Your main barriers at work: Dig deep into what you find challenging, intimidating or misaligned with and discover both why and how to overcome this.  
  • Your key strengths and core values:  Find your deep seated sense of self and clarity around what boosts you and just feels right.
  • Organisational clarity work:  Create models of positive leadership (no matter what level or position you have) and connect better with your team and organisation.


Packages and programmes

I have created 6-sessions programmes that gives time to dig deep, reflect and clearly define what steps you want to take next.  As part of my work, I use tools that help you understand how you perceive yourself and how others perceive you. You will get a full report on this as well as comprehensive session notes following each of our meetings.


I can also work with you to create custom programmes that fit with your budget and timelines and we always start by making sure we stay focused and clear on your objectives.


Team connection workshops are all custom with some recommendations based on team size and objectives.


Typical sessions are 1h - 1.5h each and I'll be giving you homework in between and notes after each session.  I suggest we meet every 2-4 weeks to keep momentum ; this should feel engaging and immersive but not intense or stressful.

What is best for me and/or my organisation?

 I understand that every individual’s need is unique and that businesses have varied needs. I am open to working directly with you or your organisation to best meet those needs. My priority is to help you choose what is most meaningful for you and/or your organisation today. It’s possible that some of the areas in the different programmes may overlap. It’s also possible that we work on all three programmes in phases, with one stage feeding into the next. Or that we create something new that more appropriately fits where you are and what you need.
